Ozone has its own season now? Can something that lasts more than half the year even be considered a season? At that point, isn't that just pretty much the way things are?
The city should be commended for at least trying to do something about it. Still, seeing a city-funded sign cheerfully and matter-of-factly announcing the advent of seven months of stagnant, murky haze makes me feel like we're kind of screwed as a species.
