I'm no longer sick, but I'm still enjoying hot toddies before bed:
Boiling water
Two teabags--I like lemon tea, but chamomile's good for that extra boost of drowsiness
Half a lemon
A shot or two of whiskey
A squeeze of honey big enough that the bottle makes that wheezy farting sound
Pour into a big mug, steep, and stir.
Drink it like it's candy.
