I guess that leaf-footed bug liked what it saw when it was peering through our front window all that time, because it snuck in the house.
It tried to be all sly and blend in with our busy kitchen curtains, but it was no match for my eagle eye.
I took charge of the situation by calling for Eric, who is a better insect manager than I am. For example, he calmly got a paper towel, carefully guided the insect onto it, and set it free outside while I flapped and danced around the kitchen, shielding my face with my arms and saying "Oh shit be careful oh shit oh no it's going to spray stink juice in our eyes and eat our faces off while we sleep," or something like that.
(God, that wall is really dirty.)
Anyway, I suspect that's the last we'll see of that particular insect friend. Farewell, sweet stink bug. We forgive you your trespasses and wish you success and joy, et cetera.
